Online Registration Guidelines

Once you have entered the online registration page we kindly ask you to complete the sections according to the services you wish to order.

1. PARTICIPANT: containing your personal data; fields marked with * are mandatory.

2. Click on the  Next Step button.
 3. REGISTRATION FEES: tick the appropriate fee case, corresponding to the detailed category you belong to. In case you are being sponsored by a company, please complete the field: "Registration fee sponsored by".
 
4. Accompanying person section should be completed only if necessary.
 
5. Click on the  Next Step button.
 
6. SOCIAL PROGRAM: tick the corresponding case, mentioning the number of persons attending (maximum 2 persons seen you completed the accompanying person section).

7. Click on the  Next Step button.

8. LIABILITY: After reading the terms and conditions of registration please tick the acceptance box, to confirm the acknowledgement.
 
9. PAYMENT METHODS: the Organizers propose two payment methods. Please tick the desired one and, if needed, fill in the required information.

10. Click on the Finalise button.
 
11. After finalizing your registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your Online Registration. Possible changes/additional information to the Online Registration Form are possible until September 15th, 2012 the latest, by accessing the received link received in the e-mail.
