Registration to the Congress can be done using the Online Registration System.
 
Therefore we offer you a registration method which saves your time, your registration being performed fast and confortable.

REGISTRATION FEES
The registration is valid only after we receive the proof that the payment of the registration fee has been made (a copy of your bank receipt).

*RSLM / RSMG Members are considered to be the persons who paid their membership fee until  March 31^st, 2012, the latest.
The Registration Form will be sent along with the copy of the receipt that proves the payment of the membership fee.

Information regarding the membership to the Romanian Society of Medical Genetic can be found on www.srgm.ro.
 
All registration fees have 24 % VAT included.

The participants’ registration fee includes:
(1) The Congress’ materials (name badge, bag, the Final Announcement Brochure and the Abstract Book of the Congress; (2) Participation to the scientific events; (3) Access to the e-Posters’ Area; (4) Access to the CLINILAB & TEHNOmedica specialized medical exhibitions; (5) Participation to Coffee Breaks; (6) Participation to the Welcome Cocktail; (7) The Certificate of Attendance mentioning the number of The Continuous Medical Education Hours (CME) / The Continuous Pharmaceutical Education (CPE) that the 2012 RSLM event was credited with by the Romanian College of Physicians (for physicians), the Order of Biochemists, Bioloists and Chemists from the Romanian Sanitary System (for biochemists, biologists, chemists), the Romanian College of Pharmacy (for pharmacists) and by the Order of the Medical Assistants and Nurses in Romania (for medical assistants).

The accompanying person’s registration fee includes:
(1) Name Badge; (2) Access to the CLINILAB & TEHNOmedica specialized medical exhibitions; (3) Participation to Coffee Breaks; (4) Participation to the Welcome Cocktail.

The students' registration fee includes:
(1) Name Badge; (2) the Final Announcement Brochure and the Abstract Book of the Congress; (3) Participation to the scientific events; (4) Access to the e-Posters’ Area; (5) Access to the CLINILAB & TEHNOmedica specialized medical exhibitions; (6) Participation to Coffee Breaks; (7) Certificate of Attendance.

Note:
The Organizers take upon themselves the obligation to provide the bag containing the Congress’ materials only for the participants registered until October 1^st, 2012.
For the on-site registered participants, the bag containing the Congress’ materials will be distributed taking into consideration the existing stock.

The Online Registration Form will be complete by the all Congress' participants (whether if the registration is made by an individual person or by a company).
