Abstract Submission Guidelines

ATTENTION!
Before submitting the abstract, the author must register, following to make the payment no later than June 1^st, 2012. The abstracts whose authors are not registered will NOT be taken into consideration.

Before submitting your abstract, please see the Abstract editing and submission instructions.
 
Once you have entered the online abstract submission page, we kindly ask you to complete the following sections as follows:

STEP 1 - MAIN AUTHOR:
- please select the appropriate title "Mrs./ Mrs" or "Mr", and write the name, surname and institution of the author of the abstract;
- please tick the "presenting author" case only if the author of the submitted abstract is also its presenter.

Click on the Next Step button.
 
STEP 2 - CO-AUTHORS:
- add the number of co-authors of the abstract and press the "add co-authors" button to open the necessary fields containing name, surname and institution of the co-author of the abstract;
- tick the Presenting Author case if one the persons in this section will be presenting the paper during the Congress
- in case you want to remove one of the already added co-authors please press the "Cancel" button.
- to add co-authors press the "Add co-authors" button and fill in the opened fields with the requested information.
 
4. Click on the Next Step button.
 
STEP 3 - CONTACT:
- please fill in the appropriate fields with the contact information of the presenting author (or another designed contact person) in case of misunderstandings.

Click on the Next Step button.

STEP 4 - ABSTRACT:
- it is mandatory that the abstract is written in both Romanian and English
- insert the abstract's title (in capitals), select the preferred presentation type (oral, poster, no preference) and choose the topic it belongs to;
- insert the text of the abstract in the appropriate field, in Romanian and English
- do not exceed 250 words and do not insert any images or tables.

Click on the Finalise button.
 
After finalizing your registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your submission. Possible changes / additional information to the Online Abstract Registration Form are possible until June 1^st, 2012, by accessing the received link withing the e-mail. Editing your information is only possible once.
